This Brian Lichtenberg hooded dress is not new to me, I’ve been coveting it since forever (I especially love the pointed shoulder pads on it, and on his asymmetrical minidresses) but I’ve never seen these boots before and though they’re busy and I’m not sure I’d pair them with the dress, I LOVE THEM.
